Well here we are at the end of the first month of school. A change in the weather always helps the students be a bit more focused as they are less inclined to look outside during class.
We continue to use the microscope and started a lab today to familiarize ourselves with what the scopes can actually do.
We had our second quiz yesterday and across the board, the scored were very good. The quizzes should be going home on Monday. Speaking of Monday, it is mid-term progress report time. If I have any concerns or your child is currently doing D or F quality work they you will recieve a mpr in the mail. I might send one if your child is doing okay but is missing an assignment or two. Otherwise, no news is good news.
We leave for Outdoor School 4 weeks from Sunday. More info to follow.
If anyone has questions about the trip to Florida, drop me a line at hgold@pps.k12.or.us.
Have a great weekend.
